Shipping & In Store Pickup

Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

• Standard Shipping: Available within Puerto Rico and the U.S. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

• International Shipping: Not currently available, but feel free to reach out if you’d like to inquire.

• Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

• Location: Tropik Studio in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

• How It Works: Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

• Timing: You’ll receive a message once your order is ready for pickup.

• Coordination: DM us to coordinate your pickup so we can make sure we’re ready for you.

• Pickup Window: Orders should be collected within 7 days of confirmation.
  After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be released back into stock and are non-refundable.
