Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday within 1 to 2 business days.

Puerto Rico: $7 flat rate, free on orders over $150. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

United States: $10 flat rate, free on orders over $150. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Available to all 50 states.

International (Canada, Ireland & United Kingdom): $25 flat rate, free on orders over $250. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days.

International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you're located somewhere else and would like to place an order, reach out and I'll do my best to make it work.

Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pickup

Location: Tropik Warehouse in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

How It Works: Choose Pickup at checkout.

Timing: You'll receive a message once your order is ready for pickup.

Coordination: Book your pickup directly through my calendar here: Book a Pickup  If none of the available times work, reach out directly and we'll figure something out.

Pickup Window: Orders should be collected within 7 days of confirmation. After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be released back into stock and are non-refundable.
