  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • Please reach out before sending anything back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or item? Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Just contact us before sending your item back to confirm availability.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All jewelry is final sale.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
